2. Purpose and content

The site presents business-to-business software development services on demand. Its content is general information only: examples of collaboration formats and pack sizes are illustrative and do not constitute an offer, a price list or a promise of results.

3. Enquiries and contracts

Sending a message does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligations, a binding offer or an obligation to provide services. Scope, fees, timing, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing and liability are agreed only in a written agreement or an approved estimate signed or explicitly accepted by both parties. Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, special-category data or other sensitive information through the contact form.
