This website is operated by KRITEK, s.r.o., Čejkovy 23, 342 01 Hrádek, Czech Republic, IČO 29108071 (hereinafter «CodeHora», «we»), the controller of the data collected on codehora.com.

What data we collect and why

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, company, website, type of request, preferred collaboration, urgency and message. We use them solely to answer your request. Legal basis: your explicit consent given when submitting.
• Browsing data: this site does not use analytics by default. If aggregate analytics is activated, it runs only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy). Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.
• Minimal technical logs: the server may record technical requests (IP address, time) for security and abuse prevention, under the hosting terms.

How long we keep data

Contact form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and is then deleted. Analytics data, if active, follows the analytics service settings.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. We share it only with providers strictly necessary to run the website (hosting, email service) and where required by law.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to hello@codehora.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (Czech Data Protection Office, uoou.cz).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connections, restricted access and periodic reviews.
